I spent more than two decades as a senior executive in financial services and health tech.
I’ve navigated CEO dynamics, board relationships, peer rivalry, and high stakes decisions where misreading the situation had real consequences.
I know this terrain personally, including what it costs when you’re moving too fast to see what’s forming around you.
I also spent a decade caring for both of my parents through dementia while managing a demanding executive career. That period taught me to get very precise about what action matters right now, and to sit with someone in the middle of a difficult situation without any stake in how it resolves.
