How we work
We meet regularly. Because I already understand the terrain you’re operating in we don’t spend a lot of time on background. We get straight into what’s developed and what you need to do about it. When something is developing and can’t wait, I’m available. That’s part of how this works.
Everything stays between us. I hold no position on what you decide or how the situation should resolve. The outcome is yours to own. My only job is to help you think it through with the precision the situation demands and figure out what action to take before the window closes.
This is a relationship that runs eight months to a year. That’s intentional and it requires commitment on your part. The situations we work through together develop, shift, and create new dynamics over time. What we work through early shapes what becomes possible later. At this level, a short relationship won’t get you there.
This work requires an investment. You’re not paying for hours of time. You’re investing in what becomes possible. When you consider the relationships, decisions, and dynamics that could quietly limit your ability to lead and progress, ask yourself what navigating those precisely is worth to you. If one or two actions you take land exactly right, what would that allow?
Navigating Volatility.
“Delivering consecutive years of improved growth in a volatile environment required more than strategy. It required steadiness when faced with complex demands and pressures. I was navigating ways to accelerate sales performance within a growth phase company. I was constantly fighting the next fire, internally and externally. Having Corinne as a strategic sounding board helped me separate signals from noise, take control of my reactions, and make deliberate leadership and personnel decisions that strengthened both my team and board confidence. Just as importantly, I stopped living in a constant state of being on edge. My team is performing, growth is strong, and I’m no longer exhausted by the role.”

Controlling the Room
“Securing a more senior executive role with a significant increase in compensation was the visible outcome of my work with Corinne, but the real value was regaining control of my influence in an increasingly politically complex environment. She provided a confidential, strategic space to challenge my thinking and sharpen how I showed up with peers, my CEO, and my team. The result was stronger leadership presence, deeper trust, and a new chapter aligned with the legacy I want to build.”
— B.V., Vice President, Health Systems
Clarity Under Scrutiny
“Working with Corinne accelerated how I lead and deliver results during a pivotal transition in my career. Stepping into a high-visibility position brought competing priorities, institutional noise, and unspoken expectations that were difficult to interpret and navigate. Corinne created a focused, disciplined space for strategic thinking and scenario planning that helped me distinguish what truly required my attention from what simply demanded it. I am more deliberate in how I allocate my time and influence and clearer about the decisions that define my leadership tenure. The result is steadier execution, stronger organizational alignment, and measurable progress in areas that matter.”
— P.R., Executive Director, Ivy League Academic
Leading Through Succession
“Being the presumed successor meant operating under sustained scrutiny, managing competing executive interests, and holding steady through a politically charged transition. Corinne became the neutral space I did not have internally, someone who helped me pressure-test decisions, clarify what I was trying to achieve, and refine how I needed to be perceived to bring others with me. I ultimately aligned previously divided leaders and stepped into the presidency with the authority and cohesion required to lead it.”
— M.T., President, Defense & Security
Executing Under Pressure
“I hired two key team members who were fully productive within 30 days, implemented playbooks and operating processes across every major Customer Success function, and expanded onboarded customer accounts by 500% while building the organization from the ground up. Doing that inside a rapidly growing tech company meant making fast, high-stakes decisions while navigating complex founder dynamics and intense expectations from the executive team. Corinne was a confidential strategic partner who helped me think several steps ahead. Together we pressure-tested strategy, mapped clear action steps, and defined success criteria so I remained focused on the highest-impact decisions. The results have firmly positioned me as a trusted strategic voice within the executive team.”
— P.B., Vice President, Health Tech
